Hands n Feet Exercise

 

Here's an exercise to help improve your hand and foot combos. The different systems cycle through groups of 3, 4, 5, 6 and finally 7. Take it slow and once you’re comfortable, try switching out the lead hand for your non-dominant hand! Check out variations on page 2 of the PDF.
